1– All orders are shipped using USPS (PO Boxes are fine), UPS (UPS store boxes are fine), or FedEx. We DO NOT allow shipping via General Delivery (this is a method where packages are sent directly to the post office to be held). If you put your shipping address as a USPS location, you will be contacted and asked for a different address. If you cannot provide us with an alternative address that will work and then request a refund, the refund will be subject to the standard refund fee of $0.30 and 3%.
We only use FedEx shipping when you request a package to be held at a FedEx store. Please let us know in the “order notes” section at checkout if this is being held at a FedEx Store. PLEASE SELECT “FedEx Store Pickup” AS YOUR SHIPPING OPTION! If you do not select the correct shipping method, we will contact you and ask you the remaining amount needed to ship your package. select a different shipping class, you will be asked to cover the additional cost needed. If you do not pay the additional cost, you will be refunded minus a 3% and $0.30 fee. If you provide us with a FedEx location address but do not specify that it is a FedEx store and select FedEx shipping, there is a possibility we will ship it via another carrier. Typically when this happens, FedEx will reject the package and return it to us. If a package is returned to us, we will issue you a refund, minus the initial cost of shipping and a 5% restocking fee. The proper way to address a FedEx store is as follows:

Please note that we only ship via FedEx ground delivery. FedEx ship centers do not hold home or ground packages. Please be sure to provide us with a FedEx store address. Typically these are referred to “FedEx Office and Print Center“. Thank you!
We now offer shipping via UPS which allows us to ship packages to be held at UPS stores that offer pickup. Please let us know in the “order notes” section at checkout if this is being held at a UPS Store. If you provide us with a UPS location address but do not specify that it is a UPS store, there is a possibility we will ship it via another carrier. Typically when this happens, UPS will reject the package and return it to us. If a package is returned to us, we will issue you a refund, minus the initial cost of shipping. The proper way to address a UPS store is as follows:

We CAN ship to PO BOXES. You must select the “USPS Priority Mail” option if you are having your order shipped to a PO Box. If you select a different shipping class, you will be asked to cover the additional cost needed. If you do not pay the additional cost, you will be refunded minus a 3% and $0.30 fee.
2– Orders that have been marked complete and/or shipped CANNOT be cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY! PLEASE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND OUR POLICY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER!
3– If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, there is an automatic 3.00% cancellation fee along with an additional $0.30 cancellation fee taken from your refund. For example. If you place an order for $100.00 and wish to cancel, your refund will be for $96.70.
If your order has already been packed but not yet shipped out, there will be an additional $5.00 fee subtracted from your refund to cover restocking and packaging costs. If your order has already been shipped before you request cancellation, we CANNOT cancel your order.
In order to cancel, you must reply directly to the new order notification email. If you did not receive a new order email, please contact us using our contact form. If you contact us on social media such as Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, or Facebook, and ask to cancel, it is not guaranteed that your message will be seen. For this reason, DO NOT contact us on social media regarding order cancellation.
4– Products CANNOT be returned. If a product is missing, or the product is a different size than what you ordered, please contact us and we will resolve the problem. If you receive a defective or damaged diaper, picture evidence is necessary before we can process any claim. The picture must clearly show the defect. We will choose one of two options to remedy the situation. 1. We will issue you a refund for the cost of the diaper and any shipping costs associated for that product. This does not mean the full shipping cost of the order will be refunded. Only the cost you paid for each defective/damaged diaper will be refunded. Or option 2. We will mail you a replacement product. Please note that Wearing Clouds reserves the right to choose which option is selected.
5– If your order is lost in the mail or damaged, we will open a claim with the carrier, upon your request. Proof of damage is needed to open a claim. We will replace or issue credit for the lost or damaged order once the claim has been settled. Our liability in cases of a lost or damaged package is limited only and solely to the amount of the claim paid and settled by the carrier. Wearing Clouds is NOT RESPONSIBLE for replacing or refunding stolen packages. Once a package is marked delivered, the carrier will not allow us to put in a claim, therefore your order cannot be refunded or replaced.
6– Please note that Wearing Clouds/FedEx/USPS/UPS and other shipping carriers cannot predict delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed in transit for whatever reason, Wearing Clouds cannot be held responsible. We will be unable to issue you a refund of any kind if the package is delayed and does not arrive by your desired date. If the package arrives to you at a later date and you no longer want the products, the buyer is responsible for returning the unopened package to us. Buyer assumes all fiscal responsibility for return packages. Once we receive the unopened returned package, we will issue you a refund minus the initial cost of shipping.
7– If you provide us with a wrong address and we ship it to that address before you tell us of the mistake, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for refunding or reshipping your order. In the event that a package is returned to us due to a wrong address or name, empty/vacant box, post office is unable to forward the package, or if the customer fails to pick up their package from a FedEx or UPS store, the customer is fully responsible for paying shipping costs to have the package sent out again if they still wish to receive the order. Wearing Clouds reserves the right to refund any order that is returned to us minus the initial cost of shipping and a 5% restocking fee if the customer does not pick up their package from a FedEx or UPS location.
8– A valid email address is required to place an order. Order updates, tracking updates, and customer service messages are sent to this email.
9– A valid phone number is required when having your package held at a UPS or FedEx location.
10– Orders of $200 or more will require signature confirmation.

11– If you order the wrong size diaper, Wearing Clouds is not responsible for refunding you or sending you a different size diaper. When selecting the correct diaper size, it can be difficult. We recommend you measure your waist and hips size. It is recommended to base your diaper size off of your hips measurement. Because we offer samples, we do NOT offer refunds if a product does not fit you. The measurements we list on the website are provided to us by the manufacturer. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to properly measure themselves and select the appropriate size product. If you are unsure of your size, it is highly recommended to only purchase one diaper to make sure it is correct.

13– Products sold directly on WearingClouds.com are not covered by factory warranties. Wearing Clouds does not replace or refund diapers with faulty tapes. If this is a concern for you, please do not place an order. Damage caused directly by the consumer is not covered by Wearing Clouds. Damage caused by the postal carrier will be subject to a claim. Once we receive the money from the claim, we can then refund or replace your item(s). If the postal carrier rejects the damaged goods claim, we cannot issue you a refund or replacement. Please note that you will need to include clear pictures of the damaged product and damaged packaging for any claims submitted. If you cannot provide pictures, your claim cannot be submitted.
14– All content included in or made available through any Amazon Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Amazon or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. 16– The products sold on WearingClouds.com do not claim to treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition including but not limited to urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence. Those with medical conditions should seek medical attention.
17- By providing your email address, you are agreeing to be added to a promotional mailing list. Promotional emails will include special offers from Wearing Clouds, along with other third party deals which may be offered through, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, and other third party stores. Your email address will never be shared nor sold. You can opt out of our email lists at any time.
18- Please read the full description of each product you purchase. Some products such as the adult size pacifiers have a safety warning. By placing an order, you agree that you have read through all warnings and assume full liability for the products. The packaging material for orders and products may serve as a choking and/or suffocation hazard. Please dispose of packaging properly to avoid children from harm. Full liability rests solely on the receiver of the package.
