Shipping Info

When do we ship?

  • Orders placed after 7 am PST on a Monday will ship Wednesday.

  • Orders placed after 8 am PST on a Wednesday will ship Friday.

  • Orders Placed after 8 am PST on a Friday will ship Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes! Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is limited to the contiguous US 48 only. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii 🙁
  • Free shipping is not available to PO Boxes or FedEx stores.
  • Please do not select free shipping if you are having it sent to a PO Box or FedEx store. We may email you and request additional funds to ship your package.

Can I have my package held at a FedEx store?

  • Yes! Select “FedEx Store Pickup” as your shipping option. You MUST provide a valid phone number and email address because this is the main way the FedEx Store reaches the customer. We do not offer this service to our customers in Alaska or Hawaii.

    PLEASE READ! To our knowledge, FedEx Stores and pickup centers do NOT charge you a fee for this service. However, if they do charge a pickup fee, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay it. The shipping cost you pay Wearing Clouds does not include any additional pickup fees that FedEx may charge you.

  • Put the shipping address as the FedEx Store you want it held at. Please use a FedEx Office and Print Center or an authorized FedEx location such as Walgreens.
  • In the orders notes section at checkout, please write “HOLD AT FEDEX”.

 

Can I have my package held at a UPS Store?

  • Yes! Select “Standard Shipping” (Or free shipping if your order is $60+) as your shipping option. You MUST provide a valid phone number and email address because this is the main way the UPS Store reaches the customer. We do not offer this service to our customers in Alaska or Hawaii.
  • PLEASE READ!! Some UPS stores charge a pickup fee. Typically the fee is between $5-10. But it can be more. Wearing Clouds is not responsible for paying this fee. It is the customer’s responsibility. The free shipping option you select at checkout does not include the UPS store pickup fee that The UPS Store will charge you.

  • Put the shipping address as the UPS Store you want it held at. Please use a UPS Store or an authorized UPS location such as Office Depot or Staples.
  • In the orders notes section at checkout, please write “HOLD AT UPS”.
